Shone is a highly experienced leader in the Aged Care, Hospital, and Community Care industry. With over a decade of experience, he has provided support to numerous participants in need, helping to improve their quality of life and foster long-lasting independence. As the Founder and Managing Director of Birch Care, an NDIS registered provider, Shone has led the expansion of the organization to new heights, ensuring that it continues to offer exceptional services and support to those in need.

Despite suffering a workplace motor vehicle injury that caused damage to his neck and back, Shone's passion for helping others never waned. He used his time of healing to study for a double diploma in Counselling and Community Services, further enhancing his expertise in the field.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Shone is a father of two daughters and has extensive experience in family law through life experiences and volunteering with a charity that deals with family law and domestic violence. He is also a survivor of a religious cult and aims to use his past knowledge and experience to help the communities Birch Care serves and provide the support that the Birch Foundation can offer.

At Birch Care, Shone oversees the daily operations and ensures that the company operates in an ethical and responsible manner. The Board of Directors also plays a critical role in ensuring that the company achieves its mission and goals, providing guidance and direction to the management team. Together, the team is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those they serve..

Emmy joined the Birch Foundation as a board member, bringing with her a deeply empathetic perspective shaped by her personal experience with domestic violence. With a strong educational background in psychology and occupational therapy, Emmy serves as a mental health occupational therapist and the clinical head for Birch Allied Health.

Her passion for mental health, wellbeing, and safety perfectly aligns with the Birch Foundation's mission. Emmy is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to support and uplift those in need, ensuring they receive the care and resources necessary to rebuild their lives.

In her spare time, Emmy enjoys the outdoors and has a passion for music. She looks forward to contributing to the Birch Foundation and helping to reach as many people in need as possible.

Joshua is the founder and managing director of Top Carers. With extensive experience in the aged care, hospital, and community care industry, Joshua is dedicated to providing a variety of support and care to participants in need, helping them maintain their independence and bring out their best qualities. He is a visionary leader who is passionate about creating new opportunities for his participants based on their passions and interests. 

With a background in sales as a Sales Director of ADCO industries and IMPEX consulting, Joshua has a wealth of experience in working with both domestic and international partners. He has a proven track record of success in his previous roles and brings these skills to his role as a director in the care industry. As a happily married man and father of two daughters, Joshua has a strong family orientation and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. 

He is a person of great empathy and understanding, and he uses his experience of loss and depression to help guide others through difficult times. 

 Renaldo Polo is a dedicated practising solicitor with a profound commitment to providing counsel and assistance to individuals, businesses, and corporations in resolving their legal challenges. With a distinguished track record of involvement in establishing numerous not-for-profit organizations, Renaldo brings a wealth of experience and a wide range of interests in various sectors, including hospitality, construction, development, finance, and general business. His leadership extends to serving as a director on several boards, and he is deeply enthusiastic about contributing to Birch Foundation's future growth and success.
