Our Initiative
At Birch Foundation, we believe in the strength of community and the power of compassion. Life isn't always easy, and everyone deserves a helping hand when times are tough. Each Thursday, our Op-Shop welcomes individuals facing financial hardships or personal challenges to shop for free with a $30 store credit and enjoy a $5 drink voucher at our cafe.

There's no need for judgment or embarrassment — just compassion and care. Here's how you can access the support.
Come by every Thursday between 11 AM and 1 PM. No appointment necessary.
Complete a quick form either online or at the shop to help us understand how we can best support you.
With a $30 store credit, shop for clothing, household items, and essentials you need — completely free.
Enjoy a $5 drink voucher to use at our cafe. Take a break, relax, and know that you are welcome here.

We hope to create a space where no one feels alone or unsupported, and where people can access the resources they need with dignity and respect. No judgment, just love.
